Nobody is perfect and she believes it is important to enjoy ourselves from time to time, especially while we travel to new destinations. Beyond the amazing impacts of plant based eating on health, she is also interested in the positive effects that reduced animal product consumption has on the planet.

Alessa lives in Boston, MA with her Boston Terrier, works full time in sales and loves to travel. When she’s not in a different city or country, she loves experimenting with different plant-based recipes, reading, working out and watching Real Housewives.
